What does a typical yacht charter comprise of?
Each of our yacht charters comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel expenses, and basic non-alcoholic drinks. The services included can differ based on the type of charter – for instance, sunset cruises feature gourmet snacks and premium beverages, whereas corporate charters offer business facilities and specialized corporate catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
We suggest securing your booking roughly 2–3 weeks ahead, especially throughout the high-demand season (May–September). For business gatherings and private parties, reserve 4–6 weeks prior to guarantee better availability and to provide ample time for any requests for personalization.
What are my options if the weather is unfavorable?
Our top concern is your safety. In case the captain judges the weather to be dangerous, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or return your payment in full. We are vigilant in monitoring the weather and will be in touch with you 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure to notify you if the weather outlook is concerning.
May I provide my own food and non-alcoholic beverages?
Certainly, feel free to bring along your preferred food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also offer excellent catering facilities and are able to tailor menus to suit your preferences. Do note, for safety reasons, glassware is not allowed on board.
Do your yachts accommodate passengers with physical disabilities?
We are dedicated to making our services accessible to all. While some of our vessels are fitted with better disability-access features than others, do let us know your specific needs at the time of booking and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any required accommodations.
What is the procedure for cancellations?
Provided you cancel more than 72 hours before your departure, you will be reimbursed in full. For cancellations made between 24–72 hours before departure, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure time are not eligible for a refund, unless the cause is due to inclement weather or mechanical failures on our part.
